Diversity and Inclusion Travel Grants – QoMEX 2025

Travel support for participants who self-identify as marginalized and/or underrepresented in the QoMEX community.

This grant intends to promote the participation of researchers (in academia and industry) from underrepresented groups. Additionally, it can promote research collaborations and higher involvement of underrepresented attendees in future conference editions. Awards will be provided, with the exact value depending on the geographical areas (to maximize our reach), diversity (to improve inclusion), and topics (to expand into new areas).

Award requests should be sent to the Diversity / Inclusion email (diversity@qomex2025.com) with “QoMEX 2025 diversity travel grant application” as email topic.

Important dates:

Awards requests will be processed and granted in two rounds:

  • First round
    • Submission by June 4, 2025 (AoE) (after full paper notifications)
    • Notification by June 11, 2025 (AoE)
  • Second round:
    • Submission by July 18, 2025 (AoE) (after short paper notifications)
